The villa, pool and all exterior dining areas were all built on one level with no stairs, easy to access and enjoy by people with disabilities as well.

The interior design is a subtle mixture of high-end modern furniture and rare findings from athenian antique shops and flea markets.

As you enter the large property you encounter a stunning spacious living room with a panoramic view to the sea, the valley below, and the island of Naxos. Villa Orian incorporates an up to date air-conditioning and heating systems, but also a traditional fireplace allowing all seasons rent.

All rooms are spacious and have en-suite bathrooms.

The fourth room accessible by its private staircase is the only one on the first floor. This room has a spectacular broad terrace offering a panoramic view of the sea and hill side as well.

The owners have applied special attention to the Kitchen-vast and welcoming with its spectacular sea view, equipped with high-end appliances, making meal preparation a real treat. The kitchen has a direct access to the garden for fresh supply of organic herbs and vegetables, farm to table has never been so close.

The outdoor infinity pool of exceptional dimensions (20x5m) can be heated. Under the pergola by the pool an outdoor kitchen and a dining area for more than 12 people, a bar facing the view and an amazing Santa-Maria BBQ.

Guests are invited to enjoy the numerous possibilities offered on the villa’s compound amidst scenery of surpassing loveliness allowing collective activities such as swimming, sunbathing or outdoor dining on the terrace or by the pool. the 15000m2 property offers at any time more intimate moments in one of the secluded areas for reading meditating or picking figs apricots lemons and grapes in the orchard.

The independent studio apartment by the pool is just a few steps away with its kitchenette and private terrace facing the valley natural reserve.
